Deposit Policy:

We require a $500 deposit to hold a space in the retreat.

• Deposits made 3 months or more before the trip start date are fully refundable (100%) for 30 days following the deposit date.

• Deposits made within 3 months of the trip start date are non-refundable.

Remaining Payment:

• More than 3 months before the trip start date: Participants are eligible for a 75% refund of the total trip cost (minus the deposit) if they cancel for any reason.

• Between 2 and 3 months before the trip start date: Participants are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost (minus the deposit).

• Within 2 months of the trip start date: Participants are responsible for the full trip cost, even if on a payment plan.

What if I just want to pay in full now?

No problem! We can send you a special payment form for that.

Cancellation Policy: 

Chrissy Roll Wellness Coach, LLC, and Chara Yoga & Wellness Collaborative are not responsible for trip cancellation costs, we require all participants to purchase trip insurance. This insurance will protect you financially should you need to cancel for any reason, including events that prevent you from attending the retreat.

Travel Insurance

Options for trip insurance providers include: World Nomads, Faye, or Travel Guard, or Allianz Global. Please choose the insurer that works best for you and your needs, ensuring the plan covers the trip cost, airfare, and any medical emergencies that may arise.
